Our Mission

To empower children and youth to use deliberate acts of kindness as a way to help combat bullying, isolation and stress and increase inclusion, friendship and resilience.

The Human Kindness Project sees a better future, that is possible for all of us. Kindness costs nothing, and provides endless opportunities for healthy relationships. Kindness is at the root of our social fabric. It is a Canadian value.

Our team helps students and youth of all ages demonstrate their innate kindness through a variety of programs and workshops. Together, we aim to foster a kinder society.
